Must-Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Development, Hospitality/Tourism, or related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience in MSME/entrepreneurship support, livelihoods, or hospitality/retail operations.
• Proven ability to coach/mentor micro or small business owners (business planning, costing/pricing, cash flow).
• Strong facilitation and training skills; excellent Vietnamese; workable English for donor coordination.
• Comfortable with fieldwork (including ethnic minority communities and rural settings).
Nice-to-Have
• Direct experience in café/food service operations or small business ownership.
• Familiarity with Son La, Hue, and other provincial contexts.
• Digital basics: Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets (lookup, pivot), Canva/PowerPoint (training can be provided).

Reports to: Director, with close coordination with Program Operations, M&E/MIS, Finance, and Communications teams.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary range: 25–35 million VND gross/month (depending on experience).
• Per diem, travel reimbursement, and accommodation support during fieldwork.
