Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field with Human Resource major (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment, with minimum 2 years as HR or Recruitment Manager.
Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using Computer, HR software and MS Office tools.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Gross salary per month 20-26 million VND.
Social, Health, Unemployment Insurances.
Annual health checkup.
13'th month salary in January (only after completing minimum 6 months in the company by 31'st Dec and at company's discretion).
Yearly performance review and increments (eligible after completing minimum 6 months in the company by 31'st March and depending on candidate's & company's performance).
Company's provided laptop and Mobile Number (for company's work use).
Motorbike cost reimbursement for company work (based on actual usage and except transportation from home to office & office to home).
