Sales Executive In Lubricant Additives

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.• Experience:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lubricant or related field. Industrial oil is advantage.- Deep knowledge of lubricant additives or finished oil, application, and technical specifications.• Skills:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to negotiate and influence at all levels.- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.- Proficient in problem solving- Effective working in both independent and team work- Strong oral, written and presentation in both Vietnamese and English- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).• Personal Attributes:- Results-driven with a strong customer-focused approach.- Strategic thinking to analyze customer objections & give appropriate solution- Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a proactive strong team member.- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
