QA Kiểm Tra Chất Lượng Mẫu

• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm Pre-final QA, Final QA hoặc QA/QC trong ngành may mặc.

• Hiểu rõ quy trình sản xuất may mặc và các tiêu chí kiểm hàng chất lượng.

• Nắm vững tiêu chuẩn kiểm hàng AQL.

• Kiến thức về các lỗi thường gặp (lỗi may, lỗi thông số, lỗi hoàn thiện, v.v.).

• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật: Tech pack, Spec sheet, mẫu đối chiếu.

• Ưu tiên Tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản (làm báo cáo, trao đổi với khách hàng).

• Sử dụng thành thạo Excel và các biểu mẫu báo cáo QA.

• Khả năng quan sát tốt, chú ý chi tiết và giải quyết vấn đề hiệu quả.

• Trung thực, có trách nhiệm và cam kết chất lượng.

• Chủ động, chịu được áp lực công việc.

• Sẵn sàng tăng ca khi cần để hoàn thành các đợt kiểm Pre-final/Final.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Pre-final QA, Final QA, or QA/QC in the garment industry.

• Strong understanding of garment production processes and quality inspection criteria.

• Familiar with AQL inspection standards.

• Knowledge of common defects (sewing defects, measurement issues, workmanship defects, etc.).

• Ability to read and understand technical documents: Tech pack, Spec sheet, reference samples.

• Basic English communication is an advantage (reporting, customer discussions).

• Proficient in Excel and QA reporting.

• Good observation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

• Honest, responsible, and committed to quality.

• Proactive and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work overtime when needed to complete Pre-final/Final Inspection tasks.
