【Job Summary】
- Responsible as a sales admin.
【Main responsibilities】
- Responsible for welcoming and introducing the company to customers (including brochures and gifts).
- Receiving and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner, issuing invoices, and managing delivery schedules.
- Handling contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents related to customer transactions.
- Coordinating with the business department to track orders and manage customer files.
- Supporting sales reports and customer information management.
- Managing business-related expenses and performing office administration tasks such as making payment requests and preparing financial reports.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Kỷ năng - Kinh nghiệm
- Educational background: College/University degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales admin/ sale support.
- Communicate fluently in English. (Intermediate)
