Mô tả công việc

  • Cold-calling and develop new Forwarder customers to increase sales of logistics services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with Forwarder customers, within company guidelines.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential customers.
  • Update CRM system with customer contact information and details of interactions.
  • Coordinate with Operation Dept to arrange pickup and delivery of products, including documentation of shipping details.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Report any arising problems to Sales Leader and GD.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration or relevant major.
  • Good English or Chinese competency in 4 skills.
  • From at least 1 year of positions in the Logistics field, sales or customer service experience, training sessions will be provided for employees with no experience in logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
